Ari Lissau works in disabilities research and advocacy at the Rural Institute for Inclusive Communities and has a professional and educational background in geography, cartography and spatial analysis, data management, communications, and public and community health. Other groups and organizations she is involved with include the Montana Human Rights Network and the Queers 4 Queers Committee here in Missoula. Passions and interests include community engagement and participation, advocacy, LGBTQAI+ issues, creating and maintaining inclusive and accessible spaces for all, and of course, supporting local art and music communities.
